Eligibility & Account Creation
By registering on My Triplead, you confirm that you are a verified travel service provider operating under applicable laws in your region. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
Lead Access & Usage
All leads provided via My Triplead are for your personal or business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of leads with third parties is strictly prohibited. My Triplead reserves the right to suspend or revoke lead access in case of misuse or lead tampering.
Communication with Leads
You are responsible for contacting the leads assigned to you in a timely, respectful, and professional manner. My Triplead is not liable for any miscommunication, disputes, or service disagreements between you and the customer.
Data Handling & Confidentiality
You agree to use customer data (phone numbers, names, trip plans, etc.) solely for the purpose of travel-related communication.
Misuse, unsolicited messaging, or data sharing without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Platform Fees & Payments
You agree to the platform’s pricing plans and terms, including lead access charges. All payments made to access leads are non-refundable.
Quality Expectations
My Triplead aims to provide verified, travel-ready leads. However, we do not guarantee conversion.
You acknowledge that lead quality may vary based on factors beyond our control (e.g. customer responsiveness, market fluctuations etc).
Code of Conduct
Any inappropriate behaviour (harassment, fake claims, misleading packages) towards customers or on the platform will lead to termination without refund. My Triplead reserves the right to permanently ban agents who violate platform ethics or abuse customer trust.
Platform Use
You agree not to exploit any bugs, loopholes, or bypass mechanisms in the My Triplead system.
Unfair practices like creating multiple fake accounts, bulk downloading, or automating lead purchases may lead to legal consequences.
Modification of Terms
My Triplead reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement to the updated terms.
Legal Compliance

Payment Confirmation
All payments made on My Triplead are final and confirmed once processed. Upon successful payment, agents will receive access to leads as per the selected plan or purchase.
No Refund Policy
My Triplead follows a strict no-refund policy. Please review the lead packages and pricing carefully before proceeding with payment.
GST & Invoice
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Tax invoices will be auto-generated and available for download after payment.
Data Security
All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted gateways. My Triplead does not store your card, UPI, or banking information directly on its servers.
Changes in Pricing or Plans
My Triplead reserves the right to update pricing, packages, or service offerings at any time.
Any changes will be communicated clearly on the platform prior to implementation.
Fraudulent Transactions
If a payment is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent, My Triplead reserves the right to suspend access and request identity verification.

Non Refundable Clause
Once any Travel Company or Travel Agencies will get entered into the subscription package with the Triplead.in, that particular Travel Agencies/ Travel Supplier company cannot claim for refund of its subscription given to Triplead.in for any unforeseen reason or circumstances.
